Who can take part
- Your lung cancer must have a confirmed MET exon 14 skipping mutation (a specific genetic change) found by an approved lab test
- Your cancer must be advanced (stage IV) or advanced stage III that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation alone
- Your cancer must not have other common cancer-driving mutations like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or KRAS
- You must have measurable disease on scans and adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, and blood counts)
- You cannot have had certain prior treatments: no previous blood-vessel growth inhibitors (bevacizumab or ramucirumab), no radiation in the past 7 days, no systemic therapy in the past 21 days
- You must be at least 18 years old and in reasonably good health (ECOG performance status ≤ 2)
