Who can take part
- You have biopsy-confirmed advanced lung cancer that has spread beyond the lungs (metastatic non-small cell lung cancer) with an EGFR gene mutation
- You have already received treatment with a third-generation EGFR inhibitor AND platinum-based chemotherapy (or cannot tolerate chemotherapy)
- Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor spot that hasn't been previously radiated
- You are in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1: able to do light activities or bedbound less than 50% of the day)
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are adequate based on lab tests
- You are 18 years or older and willing to use contraception during and after treatment (if applicable)
