Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have end-stage kidney disease and have been on maintenance dialysis for at least 12 weeks
- You are willing to follow all study procedures and attend appointments
- You do not have active infections, including TB, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or serious fungal infections
- You have not had major surgery in the past 3 months and do not have a kidney transplant planned in the next 6 months
- You do not have a history of stomach or bowel problems like ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, or diverticulitis
