Who can take part
- You must be 18–55 years old and in generally good health with no serious medical conditions
- Your body weight and measurements must be within a normal range (BMI 18–32, weight 45–120 kg)
- You must not smoke more than 10 cigarettes per month and agree to quit during the study
- You cannot be pregnant, nursing, or planning to have children for at least 3 months after the study ends
- You must not have a history of bleeding problems, blood clots, or stomach/digestive issues
- You cannot take blood thinners, NSAIDs (like aspirin), or many other medications for at least 2–4 weeks before and during the study
