Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 84 years old
- You need an ERCP procedure (endoscopy with camera to look at bile ducts) and a biopsy of a bile duct stricture
- You don't have a mass that can be biopsied using ultrasound-guided needle
- You are in overall good to moderate health (ASA status 1–3: able to handle anesthesia safely)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You don't have bleeding disorders that would prevent safe biopsy
