Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with mild-to-moderate chronic fatigue syndrome for at least 1 year
  • Stable on your current psychological and/or medication treatments for at least 3 months
  • Able to attend clinic visits regularly and follow the study schedule
  • No severe brain conditions, heart failure, active cancer, or chest/ear/sinus problems that worsen with pressure changes
  • Not currently pregnant, not an active smoker, and no recent substance use (except prescribed cannabis)
  • Never received hyperbaric oxygen therapy before
