Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (cancer that returned or stopped responding to treatment) and have received at least three prior treatment regimens
  • Your cancer shows disease progression during or within two months after your most recent therapy
  • Your myeloma cells test positive for BCMA or GPRC5D markers (detected through bone marrow/blood test or tissue biopsy)
  • You have measurable disease at screening, such as detectable protein levels in blood or urine
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and in good enough health to tolerate the study (ECOG performance status 0–2)
  • You have adequate organ function: reasonable blood cell counts, liver and kidney function, heart function (ejection fraction ≥50%), and oxygen levels
