Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding after at least three prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody.
- Your disease can be measured by M-protein in blood or urine, or by free light chains in the blood.
- You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments (toxicity grade less than 2).
- Your liver, kidney, and heart function are within certain limits, and you have enough oxygen in your blood.
