This research study analyzes lung cancer tissue samples to understand a protein called TROP2 and how it might help guide treatment decisions. You may qualify if you have non-squamous lung cancer and haven't received prior systemic chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced disease.

Who can take part
- Age 18 or older at the time of tissue sampling
- Diagnosed with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), either advanced (Stage IIIB–IV without prior treatment) or early-stage with available surgical tissue
- Your tumor does not have certain genetic mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1) or other alterations (NTRK, BRAF, RET, MET, HER2, KRAS) that have targeted therapies available
- Your tumor's PD-L1 status (an immune marker) has already been tested and documented
- Able to provide adequate tissue samples—at least 5 slides from a biopsy or surgical specimen less than 2 years old
- No active tuberculosis or severe lung problems (such as recent blood clots, severe asthma, or severe COPD) at the time of tissue collection
