Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a solid tumor cancer (like stomach, breast, colorectal, or others listed) that has spread or cannot be removed and has stopped responding to standard treatments.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be willing to provide a sample of your tumor tissue (from a past or current biopsy).
  • You must have a life expectancy of at least 3 months and be in good enough health for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function based on blood tests.
