Who can take part
- You have diabetes with nerve damage (DPN) confirmed by clinical exam, nerve testing, or ultrasound
- You have trapped nerve symptoms in your lower leg(s)—such as numbness, tingling, pain, or weakness—that fit a specific nerve distribution pattern
- You've tried medications like mecobalamin or alpha-lipoic acid without adequate relief
- You're between 18 and 85 years old
- You don't have severe heart, liver, or kidney disease, active infection, or skin breakdown at the treatment site
- You're not pregnant, not in another clinical trial in the past 3 months, and able to follow the study protocol
