Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You came to the emergency department with non-traumatic chest pain (not from an injury or accident)
- You can be reached by phone and/or are registered in the Turkish national health database for 30-day follow-up
- You provide written consent before the study begins
- You do not have a heart attack requiring immediate emergency treatment (STEMI)
