Who can take part
- You are male and scheduled for robotic-assisted prostate removal surgery
- Your overall health is stable enough for surgery (ASA score I, II, or III)
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 40 or less
- Your kidneys work reasonably well (not in severe kidney disease stage)
- You have not had kidney surgery before
- Your heart is not severely weakened or in decompensated failure
