Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have dystonia—sustained involuntary movements of your head, neck, trunk, or limbs
- Your dystonia is either spontaneous or caused by DYT1 or DYT6 genetic mutations
- You have no history of stroke, brain injury, epilepsy, or certain other neurological conditions
- You are not on long-term benzodiazepines, antipsychotic medications, or seizure medications
- You have no metallic implants like pacemakers (required for MRI brain scans)
