  • You had brain tumor surgery (not just a biopsy) between 2–3 years ago or within 1–2 weeks
  • You have weakness in an arm or leg caused by the surgery, measured by specific muscle strength tests
  • You are between 22 and 65 years old
  • You can understand the study and sign consent forms
  • You have not had TMS treatment before (other prior therapies are okay)
