  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your doctors believe you need systemic treatment (medicine that travels throughout your body, like chemotherapy or targeted therapy)
  • You have complete medical records, imaging scans (CT, PET), and tumor testing results available
  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), not another type of lung or chest tumor
  • Your cancer is stage II, III, or IV (not early-stage stage I)
