Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure and are currently being treated for it
  • Your heart's pumping strength (ejection fraction) is 40% or lower, confirmed by heart ultrasound within the past year
  • You can wear and use both a standard 24-hour blood pressure monitor and a ring-shaped blood pressure device
  • Your resting blood pressure is stable (not too low, too high, or fluctuating unpredictably)
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and participate in the full study
