Arm Exercises With and Without Deep Breathing After Heart Surgery
Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.
This study tests whether doing arm exercises combined with deep breathing helps recovery after open-heart surgery. Researchers want to see if breathing exercises during movement improves lung function and overall healing in patients recovering in the ICU.

This study tests whether special breathing exercises can help reduce shortness of breath and improve heart and lung function in patients recovering from open-heart surgery. You would learn and practice these breathing techniques before and after your surgery.
This study tests whether specific body positions and breathing techniques after heart surgery can reduce lung problems like pneumonia or fluid buildup. You would receive these techniques during recovery to help your lungs heal better.
