Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years
  • Leg pain, tingling, or weakness caused by a pinched nerve in your lower back (confirmed by MRI)
  • Tried conservative treatment (physical therapy, medications, rest) for at least 3 months without adequate relief
  • Pinched nerve at L4, L5, or L5-S1 levels (not isolated S1)
  • No major spine surgery, severe spine curvature, or active infections
  • No bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, or allergies to steroids or numbing medications
