Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You use a smartphone at least 2 hours every day
  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (stable, well-controlled) or ankylosing spondylitis (stable, well-controlled)
  • You can follow instructions and stand/balance during simple physical tests
  • You have not had neck surgery in the past
  • You do not have nerve disorders, severe vision/hearing problems, inner ear disorders, or active neck injury
