Who can take part
- At least 19 years old
- Had confirmed COVID-19 infection more than 4 weeks ago
- Experiencing long COVID symptoms (lasting at least 3 months after infection, with symptoms for at least 2 months with no other explanation)
- Have tested negative for COVID-19 at least 4 weeks before starting the study
- Willing to stop all over-the-counter supplements, vitamins, and certain medications during the study
- Able to swallow multiple capsules and follow diet and exercise recommendations
