- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Long COVID based on the WHO definition.
- You experience fatigue, muscle pain, or brain fog from Long COVID.
- You have a fatigue score of 35 or higher on a standard questionnaire.
- You can speak and read English.
- You are ready to make changes to manage your symptoms (not in the 'precontemplation' stage).
- You have consistent access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with internet.
- You do not have other serious health conditions caused by COVID (like lung damage) that need specialist care.
- You are not currently in psychotherapy or structured physical rehab, or in another trial that prevents co-enrollment.
