Vorasidenib and Lomustine for Recurrent IDH-Mutant Brain Tumors

Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older with ability to care for yourself and follow study visits
  • Confirmed recurrent brain tumor (oligodendroglioma or astrocytoma, grades 2-4) with IDH1 and/or IDH2 mutations
  • Tumor has grown back after at least one prior surgery and one prior treatment (radiation or chemotherapy)
  • Normal blood counts, kidney, and liver function based on recent blood tests
  • No cancer elsewhere in the body, no uncontrolled seizures, and able to swallow pills
  • If of childbearing age, willing to use effective contraception during and after treatment
