  • You've had low back pain and sought treatment for it
  • You have a lumbar spine MRI scan from the last 12 months that the study can access
  • You're able and willing to sign a consent form
  • You haven't had spine surgery before
  • You don't have serious neurological problems, cancer, infection, or recent spine fractures
