  • Low back pain with or without pain radiating down the leg
  • Recent MRI scan (within 3 months) showing a bulging, protruding, or ruptured disc
  • No previous back surgery
  • Able to fill out questionnaires and communicate clearly
  • No serious spinal infections, tumors, fractures, or inflammatory spine conditions
