  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have low back pain that spreads into your leg.
  • Your doctor has diagnosed you with nerve-related back pain (lumbar radicular pain) based on a physical exam and an MRI.
  • You have not had any previous surgery on your spine.
  • Your hospital medical records are complete and can be reviewed.
