Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Diagnosed with atopic dermatitis at least 6 months ago and stable for the past 4 weeks
- Mild-to-moderate severity (skin affected on 5–25% of body, depending on which cohort accepts you)
- Willing to use contraception or abstain from sex for 3 months after treatment ends (if you can become pregnant or father a child)
- No active skin infections, serious infections, or recent herpes infections
- No cancer history in past 5 years, no blood disorders, and normal blood/liver/kidney tests
