Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 79 years old
- You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer (a specific type confirmed by biopsy)
- You are about to start or have recently started a 12-month course of HER2-targeted therapy (a type of targeted cancer drug)
- Your heart function is normal or near-normal before treatment starts (ejection fraction ≥55%)
- You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You can attend study visits and complete heart imaging tests as scheduled
