  • You are a fifth-year nursing student at a participating junior college of medicine, nursing, and management
  • Your clinical practicum courses run between February 2026 and December 2026
  • You have not experienced any major family or personal life events during the study period
  • You have never practiced yoga or meditation before
  • You are willing to complete questionnaires and participate in the study activities
  • You are not in a class taught by the study's principal investigator
