Who can take part
- Diagnosed with MASH or strong signs of it based on blood markers and metabolic risk factors
- Recent liver biopsy showing moderate damage (NAS score of 4 or higher) and fibrosis stage F2 or F3
- A special ultrasound test (FibroScan FAST) score above 0.35 done recently or within 3 months
- No other chronic liver diseases besides MASH
- No drug-related liver injury in the past year
- Not on a liver transplant list and stable liver function (MELD score 12 or lower)
