Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 65 years old
- You have a history of heavy alcohol use (at least 5 years) and currently drink an average of 20–80 grams of pure alcohol per day
- You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease, confirmed by ultrasound or MRI scan
- You do not have other liver diseases, such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, or autoimmune liver disease
- You do not have severe heart, kidney, or other serious medical conditions
- You can tolerate eating protein and are willing to follow a structured diet plan
