Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a recent traumatic injury to your hand and/or wrist
- You are referred to a hand therapy unit for rehabilitation treatment
- You have no previous injuries to the same hand
- You have no other hand or arm conditions like tendon inflammation or Dupuytren's disease
- You can safely use virtual reality technology without dizziness, vision problems, or other medical concerns
