  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with scapholunate instability (a wrist ligament problem) and your doctor recommended non-surgical treatment.
  • You have wrist symptoms like pain, a feeling of looseness, or trouble using your hand.
  • You have not had any surgery on your hand or wrist before.
  • You do not have other major health issues (like nerve, heart, or other arm injuries) that would affect your participation.
