Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have advanced or locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV)
- Your tumor has a PD-L1 marker present (TPS ≥1%) shown by lab testing
- You have not received systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment before, unless you had adjuvant therapy more than 12 months ago
- Your tumor does not have specific genetic mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, RET, NTRK, MET, or BRAF)
- You are generally healthy enough for treatment (ECOG score 0–1) with life expectancy of at least 3 months
