  • Age 40–85 years
  • Fluent Italian speaker or good Italian language understanding
  • Either diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) OR cognitively healthy
  • No history of psychiatric or neurological disorders unrelated to MCI
  • Not currently taking psychiatric or mood-altering medications
  • No serious medical conditions affecting movement or motor function
