Who can take part

  • You must be 55 years of age or older.
  • You must be able to walk about 40 feet, with or without a cane or walker.
  • You may have mild cognitive impairment, early dementia, or no memory concerns at all.
  • You must not be bedbound or have major mobility issues.
  • You must not have serious unstable medical or psychiatric conditions, or be receiving active cancer treatment.
  • You must not have severe uncorrected hearing or vision problems.
