- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You weigh at least 110 pounds (men) or 100 pounds (women), and your body mass index is between 19 and 28.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose, and not donate sperm or eggs.
- You have no known allergies to the study drug or similar drugs, or to many other drugs, foods, or substances.
- You have no significant health conditions, including heart, nerve, breathing, urinary, digestive, blood, hormone, or immune system problems, or mental health issues.
- You must not drive or operate heavy machinery from the start of the study until 1 week after the last dose (due to possible dizziness).
