Who can take part

  • You are healthy, age 18–44, with no serious medical conditions
  • Your weight is at least 50 kg (45 kg if female) and your body mass index is between 19 and 28
  • You are willing to use birth control for 3 months after your last dose and won't donate sperm or eggs during that time
  • You have not taken another experimental drug or participated in a clinical trial in the past 90 days
  • You are not allergic to the study drug, drugs in the same class, or multiple other drugs/foods/substances
  • You can refrain from driving or operating machinery for 1 week after your last dose
