Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 55 years old
  • Weigh at least 110 pounds (men) or 99 pounds (women), with a healthy body weight range
  • Have normal blood pressure and heart rate
  • Not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day, or use e-cigarettes regularly
  • Be willing to eat a high-fat meal and avoid certain medications, supplements, and alcohol during the study
