Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You work outdoors for a municipality (city or local government) for at least 6 hours per day
  • You live in León, Spain or Trikala, Greece and plan to stay there for at least the next 2 months
  • You have reliable internet or mobile phone access (Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G)
  • You are generally healthy with no history of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or serious chronic conditions
  • You and everyone in your household must be non-smokers
