Comparing two PET scans for prostate cancer imaging

This trial compares a new imaging agent (61Cu-NU101) against the current standard imaging scan (Pylarify) to see which one better detects prostate cancer that has spread to a few sites in the body. Both use PET/CT scans, which are advanced imaging tools that help doctors locate cancer.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy (tissue sample)
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your cancer has spread to 1–5 areas in your body (called oligometastatic disease)
  • You had a standard Pylarify PET/CT scan within the last 30 days
  • You are generally in good health or have minimal activity limitations (ECOG score of 0–2)
  • You do not have any other active cancer besides prostate cancer
