  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your doctor confirms your cancer has returned using imaging or biopsy
  • Your doctor recommends proton therapy for your recurrent cancer
  • You are well enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can do light to moderate activities)
  • You are expected to live at least 3 months
