Who can take part

  • You are currently working as a school teacher (grades 1–12) in Germany or Austria
  • You are between 18 and 68 years old
  • You speak German fluently
  • You have stable internet access and a mobile phone or computer
  • You have not done regular meditation, mindfulness, or similar contemplative practices (more than 50 hours in the past 6 months)
  • You do not have current psychiatric symptoms or a diagnosis, and score below certain thresholds on mental-health screening tests
