Who can take part
- You have moderate knee osteoarthritis (grade 2–3, confirmed by X-ray)
- You experience knee pain rated 4 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale
- You receive care at one of eight Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics locations in Tennessee
- You are not allergic to CBD or castor oil
- You are not currently taking opioid pain medications or using cannabis/CBD products
- You have a BMI (body mass index) of 40 or less and can walk without a walker or assistance device
