  • You are 20 years old or older
  • You can use a smartphone independently and operate text messaging or apps
  • You had a recent health examination at Seoul National University Hospital Healthcare System Gangnam Center
  • You do not have serious kidney disease requiring dialysis, active cancer, severe heart or liver disease, or eating disorders
  • You have not had weight-loss surgery or started new weight-loss medication in the past 3 months
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
