  • Your teen has Type 1 Diabetes (any weight range) OR has asthma or diabetes with overweight/obesity
  • You and your teen are willing to use a smartphone app for the study
  • You have a smartphone or internet-enabled device that works with the study app
  • You're willing to share health information about your teen, including blood sugar data if they use a glucose monitor
  • You are not currently in another obesity or chronic disease digital health study
