Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 80 years old
- You have moderate prostate enlargement (30–80 grams) confirmed by imaging
- Your urinary symptoms are moderate (IPSS score of 8–30, a standard symptom scale)
- Your urine flow rate is reduced but not completely blocked (5–15 ml/sec)
- You have not had prostate surgery, pelvic radiation, or recent cancer treatment
- You don't have active urinary tract infections, bladder stones, or neurological conditions affecting bladder function
