Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to give informed consent
  • Have advanced or metastatic solid cancer that has progressed after standard treatments or you cannot tolerate them
  • Be in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1) with at least 12 weeks life expectancy
  • Have adequate blood cell counts and organ function based on recent lab tests
  • Provide a tumor tissue sample (archival or newly obtained biopsy) for testing
  • Have recovered from previous cancer treatments and not be enrolled in another cancer study
