Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that can be measured and is in the skin, muscle, soft tissue, or lymph node (or can be reached with a needle using imaging guidance).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse, you could not tolerate, or you are not eligible for standard treatments.
  • You are in good enough health to have a life expectancy over 12 weeks and can perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart) are working well enough based on lab tests and an EKG.
  • You have not had prior treatment with interleukin-12 drugs or certain other cancer therapies recently.
