This trial tests whether adding lenalidomide (a drug that boosts the immune system) to your current targeted therapy and immunotherapy can help advanced liver cancer that has progressed after previous treatments. You would be eligible if your cancer has already been treated with at least two prior drug combinations and initially responded before growing back.

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) that cannot be surgically removed, is locally advanced, or has spread
  • Previously received at least two lines of systemic therapy, including both targeted therapy and immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitors)
  • Your most recent treatment initially worked (shrunk the tumor or stopped growth for 4+ weeks) before the cancer progressed
  • At least one measurable tumor on imaging scans
  • Good overall health status (able to carry out normal activities with minimal assistance)
