- You are a woman between 35 and 65 years old
- You experience headaches at least 2 times per week
- You have daily stress, anxiety, or tension in your face, temples, or jaw
- You have a working smartphone or tablet and internet access to log your daily responses
- You can receive the device shipped to a U.S. address and commit to using it every day for 4 weeks
- If you take prescription medications for anxiety, sleep, or blood pressure, your dose must have been stable for at least 4 weeks before starting and remain unchanged during the study
